Tunica is open! We may not be at 100% yet, but then again who is after Ol’ Man River punches you in the gut! The Mighty Mississippi tried it’s best to keep us down, but didn’t bet on the resilience of a great state like Mississippi.

Last November, I had the opportunity to attend the first ever Social Media Tourism Symposium in Loudon, VA. The symposium brought together tourism destinations from all over the country to talk about how we use Social Media. SoMeT is searching for a new 2011 host city.
